The Question:
Can we cost-effectively design and build a fast-moving website for a residential landlord, who operates in the extremely noisy and dynamic Manchester student market, whilst also providing standout and effectiveness from the start?
The Answer:
Yes we can. Using the new Drupal 7 framework, we built a property lettings website that allows Homes2Share to manage content quickly and easily. We also commissioned our own staff to take local landmark shots to feature on the site.
The Result:
Since launch in November 2011 and with no promotional spend, the site's traffic has grown 80%. Over 30% of its enquiries and 20% of its lettings have been from people who first viewed property on the new website.
