When the time came to re-evaluate their existing website and online agency relationship the client gave us the opportunity to present a fresh approach. The questions were; How could they develop a closer synergy with their offline marketing? How could they retain and improve sales leads through the website? How could they reduce ongoing cost?
Having been instrumental in establishing Neville Johnson’s offline presence we understood exactly where they wanted to be online. Working closely with the client’s internal marketing team we created a design that improved brand recognition across marketing activity whilst working much harder to convert visitors to leads. Using Drupal we created a flexible CMS based website that incorporated easy to use content publishing features, advanced SEO configuration and integrated PPC cost-per-acquisition tracking via a third-party CRM system.
Site visits up by 9%, bounce rate down by 8% and the average ‘time on site’ increased by 10%.
The flexible CMS has enabled us to reduce costs for content updates, improve response times for support requests and, using Open-Source technologies, further reduce the cost of ownership with affordable server technology and zero-cost licensing.
