The Question:

Does inclusive have to be patronising? How could the Welsh Assembly Government introduce a wider cross-section of the community to it's flagship support brand - Flexible Support for Business?

The Answer:

Using radio and online, Access promoted inclusiveness and encouraged audiences of all abilities, ethnicities, sexes, and age to contact the FS4B for help and advice.

The Result:

Access proved that it is possible to target traditionally hard-to-reach audiences using the latest online techniques, including behavioural targeting and re-targeting methods effectively.
