Welsh Government Live Fear Free Poster Campaign

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded a long-term contract with the Welsh Government, following a rigorous tender process.

The contract will see us continue to provide support the Local Government and Communities Department; specifically looking at integrated publicity campaigns to raise awareness of domestic abuse and violence against women in Wales.

Ruth Nelson, Account Director at Access said: “Our campaigns will seek to support the work done by Welsh Government in raising awareness of domestic abuse and violence against women and the support services available to people in Wales.

“We have worked on several campaigns over the past three years aimed largely at helping people recognise the signs and symptoms of abuse but also trying to affect attitudes towards women in society. We hope to continue raising awareness of this important subject area which many people find difficult to discuss, as well as continuing to inform victims in Wales of the support that is in place for them.”

In previous years’ Access has successfully run a number of campaigns around the ‘Live Fear Free’ concept, using television, radio and outdoor advertising, as well as social media content to communicate with various stakeholders, victims of abuse and their friends and families, across Wales.

James Pearson, Head of Communications for Local Government and Communities added: "I'm looking forward to working with Access to continue our work to educate people about domestic abuse and violence against women in Wales".

The latest new business win adds to our growing client list, which includes the Office of Fair Trading and international B2B companies such as Hydratight and Cooper Lighting & Safety, as well as a wide range of private and public sector organisations throughout the UK.
