Access, the Manchester based integrated marketing agency has been appointed by Crosslane to support the company’s branding and marketing communications needs. The appointment follows a tender submission in November and a presentation from a shortlist of five agencies.

The new contract will see Access working closely with Crosslane to review the brand identity and brand strategy, web design and development of a number of the group's interests in property and associated business, culminating in a fully responsive build, as well as marketing and communications support, including copywriting, content creation and design.

The Crosslane group of companies was founded by James Metcalf and Michael Sharples in 2007. The business employs over 130 specialist personnel across the property and financial services markets. As well as being property development and investment specialists, the company owns a growing chain of estate agencies, a merchant services business and they manage a growing portfolio of university accommodation developments.

James and Michael feel Crosslane are at a really important stage in their growth strategy. Up until now Crosslane’s current web presence was enough to help establish solid roots and successful connections, but they feel they are now at the point where they want to build on this.
