Access win exciting new travel client; 1st Class Holidays

We’re delighted to announce a new business win of 1st Class Holidays. Work on this exciting and large-scale project is to start imminently. It’s set to be a company-wide effort, bringing in energies and skills from the whole team.

Who is 1st Class Holidays?

1st Class Holidays is a provider of long-haul holidays to some of the most exciting destinations on earth, including New Zealand, America, Australia and Canada. Thanks to their exemplary customer service, for the past 14 years they’ve won Best Tour Operator at the British Canada Travel Awards. 1st Class Holidays have been the premium holiday provider for thousands of happy customers for years now, and 2016 is set to be a record year.

How are Access working alongside 1st Class Holidays?

1st Class Holidays are looking to re-energise their brand by launching a new look website and a complete repositioning of the company branding and image. The new site will continue to provide a wealth of information for their travel agent partners whilst producing a more inspiring tool for the potential holiday maker.

This exciting new turn for the business manifests itself in a plethora of work by Access. With the aim of attracting and engaging new customers, the new website is being designed and built by Access’ team of experts with a host of new features. To help define the company’s new direction, branding is being reimagined and will be showcased on the newly designed website and across the company’s wide range of publicity material and holiday brochures.

A host of digital marketing efforts will also be supporting the new branding in a bid to bring in new customers.
